Prices given below are for per couple per night unless otherwise specified

• Minimum stay 3 or 4 nights on long weekends, 2 nights on other weekends and school holidays.

Conditions:

• Please refrain from trespassing both on the adjoining properties, or those in the vicinity of Melaleuca.
• An additional cleaning charge of $50 may be incurred if chalets are found to be excessively dirty or untidy after guests stay.
• A deposit of 50% of your booking cost is required within 5 working days to secure your booking.
• When booking for 3 or more Adults, a bond of $250.00 is payable at check-in either by cash or credit card imprint.
• This bond is fully refundable at check-out if no damages have been found.
• If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit and balance may not be refundable
• Deposit is fully refundable (less an admin fee of 10%) if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in time is from 2.30pm on day of arrival and check-out prior to 10:00am on day of your departure (unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed with management on arrival ).
• Minimum stays on weekends and long weekends are required at certain times of the year.
• Tariffs do not include meals.
• No Smoking is permitted inside the Chalets (Ashtrays are provided on the verandas).
• As we are in the country wildlife is prevalent. Melaleuca Mountain Chalets takes no responsibility for the actions and behaviours of the wildlife present. Wildlife may include kangaroos, wombats, native birds, snakes & spiders. Guests MUST NOT approach any of the wildlife and care must be observed when outdoors, particularly in the wooded area.
• Children MUST BE supervised at all times particularly when they are near the DAM or the WOODED area.
• Please refrain from carrying any form of firearm onto the property or having any form of firearm in your possession whilst staying as a guest.
• At any time, avoid making undue noise, or carrying out an activity that produces undue noise, which is likely to disturb other guests of Melaleuca or residents of neighbouring properties.
• Any damage to property belonging to Melaleuca Mountain Chalets must be paid for or will be followed up with necessary action.
• Any theft of items belonging to Melaleuca Mountain Chalets will be followed up with the necessary action.
• Please refrain from the riding of unregistered motorcycles on the property for transport or recreational purposes.
• Please adhere to the 15 km/h speed limit whilst driving on the property to ensure the safety of others.
• Keep in mind that we rely on bore water as our main source of water and always be conservative.
• For the protection of native wildlife, no pets are allowed at Melaleuca.
• The proprietors of Melaleuca Mountain Chalets take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst you are staying as a guest.
• Guests may be charged for repair or replacement cost for any damage to the chalet furnishings or fittings during their stay.
